Q What if I need to cancel my appointment?

A No problem! Just contact us 24 hours in advance.  We carefully manage all appointments allowing us to better serve our clients who have busy schedules.

Q What do chiropractic physicians treat?

A Chiropractors are neuromusculoskeletal specialists.  They focus on the diagnosis and treatment of muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons, discs, and their associated neurology.  Therefore common problems such as: neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, and sciatica to name a few can be appropriately addressed and treated by chiropractic physicians.  Chiropractic physicians do not use surgery or medication to treat. Instead, chiropractors use natural hands-on methods (manual medicine), nutrition, life-style modifications, and rehabilitation exercises.  Most neuromusculoskeletal cases can be properly diagnosed with a thorough history and physical examination; however, when needed a chiropractic physician will utilize blood tests, MRI, CAT-scans, X rays, as well as other diagnostic tests.

Q What forms of payment do you accept?

A We accept checks, credit cards, and cash.  All services are payable on the date of your appointment.

Q Do you treat everyone or just athletes?

A Absolutely, we treat anyone who is in need of musculoskeletal care.  The rigors of being an athlete have created a demand for faster recovery from sports injuries and shorter return-to-play times.  Dr. Yinh believes that everyone should have access to the care that athletes receive because in a sense we are all athletes using our bodies as efficiently as we know how in our day to day lives.

Q How long will it take until I get better ?

A Here at CMF we have goal oriented and result driven treatment plans.  There is a definite beginning, middle, and end to the treatment plan.  You will be educated about your condition and given an active self-care plan so you can participate in the healing process.  Every case has many variables.  After the initial visit the timing towards resolution can be better determined.

Q What insurance plans do you accept.

A We currently accept Aetna, Cigna, United Health, and  the Optum Health Network.  In addition, we are medicare participants.  Auto insurance and workers comp cases are also covered.  We are happy to verify your out of network benefits for any insurance type.  Many of our patients participate in our reasonable self-pay rate for our world-class quality care.
